SoC is Celeron N3150 of Braswell. 4 cores, 4 threads, clock from 1.6GHz to 2.08GHz. The cache is 2MB and the SDP is 4W/TDP 6W. In terms of positioning, the Cherry Trail on Surface 3 is slightly higher than that of desktop laptops. The process rule is 14 nm. As can be seen from the photos, there are no fans.
Memory is 2 DDR3/DDR3 L1600SO-DIMM, up to 16 GB. This time there is no microATX mother "N3150M" because the remaining memory in hand is 2GB × 2/DDR3-1600 SO-DIMM. "N3150M" will be DIMM, not SO-DIMM.
