Even though it is in Tokyo, Mine Village overlooks the mountains on the ridge above 1000m above sea level. It is said that this is the only mobile phone base station on the same site that communicates with UAVs flying from Okutama Field, about 2 km away, to the Mine Life Improvement Center in the photo.
