The case that the keyboard of 3000 yen cut was unexpectedly good

A keyboard that can be used comfortably with simple connection destination / OS selection and convenient keys

IC-DK01 is a wireless keyboard that can be connected while switching to 3 devices. Multi-device support is a common specification, but I feel a twist in the fact that the wireless connection is Bluetooth 5.0 x 2 channels and + 2.4GHz receiver (USB Type-A) x 1.

Selecting the connection destination is also simple. Well, just pressing the fn key, Q (2.4GHz receiver) and W / E (two Bluetooth devices) at the same time is pretty common on this type of multi-pairing wireless keyboard, but it's simple and straightforward.

And OS settings. This keyboard is set manually, not the automatic setting of the connection destination OS. The OS of the connection destination device is selected from Android / Windows, macOS, iOS / iPad OS. If you select it, you will be able to use the key function that matches the connection destination OS correctly.

To select the OS, press the fn key and A (Android / Windows), S (macOS), D (iOS / iPadOS) at the same time. The connection destination setting and the connection destination OS setting are required separately, and in some cases it may feel like a double move. However, I think it's easy to understand that you can explicitly set the key function according to the connection destination OS by a simple method.

By pressing the fn key at the same time, select the key function that matches the connection destination and the connection destination OS. Circled are the "no conversion / alphanumerical" key and the "conversion / kana" key.IME input language can be switched with one key even though it is an English keyboard

The "No conversion / Alphanum" key and "Conversion / Kana" key in the above picture are also convenient (for English keyboard lovers). "Hmm ~ It's convenient to be able to switch between Japanese and English input with the push of a key ~", I thought.

However, it took me a while to get used to the non-conversion / alphanumerical keys. This is because there is a macOS command key at this position on your regular keyboard. Since the command key is a key that is used a lot, it is easy to make mistakes in key operations if you are not aware of it.

Also, personally, the F12 key, delete key, and backspace key on the upper right of the keyboard are a good impression. It is easy to use because one of the delete key and the backspace key is placed close to each other without omitting it.

The F12 key is a key that allows you to take screenshots, but it's convenient because you can take it with a single push. Regardless of the setting of the connected OS, you can take a screenshot by pressing this key.

The three keys in the upper right are my favorites

IClever "Bluetooth keyboard IC-DK01" like that. It's 1900 yen, so buy it. It was a very nice keyboard for the keyboard I bought. Currently, it seems to be 2549 yen at Amazon, but if you have a keyboard with such a price (if you like it), it may be ant to have one or two spares.

Unfortunately, it's rechargeable. The built-in battery will eventually run out, so it will be a disposable consumable item, although it will have a slightly longer span. It would have been nice if it was battery-powered.

In addition, there is an explanation of how to enter "\" and "_" (underscore) at the end of the FAQ in the IC-DK01 manual, but in my environment, both of them just press the key (above the enter key). You can enter it. Why na?

Anyway, it was a very cohesive and easy-to-use wireless keyboard for the price. If you are interested, please take a look.
